This is a classic western blouse with overall lace sleeves and yoke. It also has a back zipper.

blouse-feminine and not so puffy
Love this blouse. It is feminine and comfortable without all the big puffy ruffles that are on most square dance blouse designs. It is also pretty comfortable. I was concerned that it might be itchy--it's not.
