A 60 yard double-layer organza petticoat with 6" bottom ruffle of lame'. Waistband on each size starts at shortest length, and you lengthen it by removing a tuck sewn below the waistband. Each tuck lengthens it 1". Once you remove these tucks, it cannot be shortened again.
