Brantley's Western Supply has been serving the Western Wear and Square Dance Apparel Industries since 1980. Our store is located in Rainsville, AL approximately 8 miles North of Interstate 59 on AL State Hwy 35. The store hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday - Friday and 9:00am to 4:00pm (CST) on Saturday. Our contact information is located on our Store Locator page.

**Customer Service Information**

*Order Information*

On-Line Ordering - Ordering online is really simple, easy and
fast. It is also very safe with our on-line Secure Shopping Area.

If you are not accustomed to ordering on-line just follow
these simple instructions:


To order an item just select the size, color, style and quantity if
applicable and click on the Add to Cart button.
After clicking on the Add to Cart button you will automatically
be taken to view the contents of your Shopping Cart.
Please Note: Once you have added an item to your
Shopping Cart and leave the website without completing
the checkout process you cannot return and continue the
checkout process.
You will receive an error message and 
will not be allowed to checkout through the system. Also, 
Sales Cart
has an added feature that will abandon all items
in your Shopping Cart if there has been no activity from your 
browser after 15 minutes and again, you will receive an error
message while trying to checkout. We encourage you to
browse the site prior to adding items to your Shopping
Cart. Especially, if you are wanting to view several different
items. 


You may view your Shopping Cart whenever you choose by
clicking on the View Cart button.

To return to the Shopping Area when you are viewing your
Shopping Cart simply click on the Continue Shopping button
and you will be returned to the location
where you were previously shopping.

Quantity:  Quantities may be changed prior to adding an
item to your Shopping Cart. To change the quantity of an item
simply backspace out the existing quantity to remove it and
type in the desired quantity.

Quantities may be changed when you view your Shopping
Cart. To change the quantity of an item when viewing your
Shopping Cart just backspace out the existing quantity and
type in the desired quantity. Then click on the Add/Change
button and your quantity will be changed.

The Email A Friend button really comes in
handy when you want a friend to see the item you are viewing.
Just click the button and enter the email information and your
friend will receive an email directing them to the item you want
them to see.

**
First Time Customers Checking Out**
When you have completed shopping and wish to checkout just
click on the Checkout Now button while
viewing your Shopping Cart if you are a New Customer
checking out for the first time. You will be taken to the
Shipping Information Page. Please note that you will be
prompted to enter a secret password. You are not required to
enter a password but we encourage you to enter one in order
to save time in the future. After setting up your own password
protected account, you will not be required to retype your
Shipping Information for future shopping visits. Please write
down your password so you will have it for future shopping
visits. Then just click on the Continue Order
button (see below).

**Returning Customers Checking Out**
If you have completed shopping and wish to checkout just click
on the Previous Customers button if
you have a password protected account. You will be prompted
for your password and e-mail address that you have on file
with us. Just enter your password and e-mail address that you
have on file and your Shipping Information will automatically be
retrieved for you. Then just click on the Continue Order
button (see below).

**First Time Customers Checking Out-Continued**
After verifying your Shipping Information click on the Continue
Order button and choose your method of
Shipping. After choosing your preferred method of shipping
click on the Continue Order button and enter your 
Billing Information. 
It is required for you to provide the Billing Address
to which your Credit Card Statement is mailed for
Address Verification. Your Ship To Address is not required
to be the same as your Billing Address.
Please note: It is also required for you to enter your
Credit Card Security Code information. This is a 3 or 4
Digit Code
at the end of your normal Credit Card number
located in the Signature Panel on the back of your Credit Card

After completing your Billing Information simply click on the
Continue Order button to view your order one last time. Then
click on the Continue Order button to view your receipt page.
We encourage you to print a copy of your receipt to retain for
your records.

International Orders - We accept orders from and ship to
most countries. If paying by Credit Card your Credit Card 
Issuing Bank
must participate in Address Verification. It is
required for you to provide the Billing Address to which your
Credit Card Statement is mailed for Address Verification.
Your Ship To Address is not required to be the same as your
Billing Address.
Please note: It is also required for you to enter your
Credit Card Security Code information. This is a 3 or 4
Digit Code
at the end of your normal Credit Card number
located in the Signature Panel on the back of your Credit Card
International orders may be placed by the
following methods Telephone, Fax or Postal Mail. You will
find the information located above for each of the ordering
methods. The International Shipping & Handling rates will be
on page2 when you print the **Printable Order Form.

**Sales Tax**
Alabama Residents are required to pay 4% Sales Tax.

Shipping & Handling - Charges for On-line Orders (US only)
are electronically calculated by the United States Postal
Service (USPS) and by the United Parcel Service (UPS).
You may choose either of the services you prefer. For
Shipping & Handling rates pertaining to Telephone, Fax and
Postal Mail orders please refer to the **Printable Order Form.

Returns/Exchanges - Please understand that if you are not
happy with your purchase we are not happy. That is why
you an Return & Exchange Form included with your order.
It will have the appropriate steps to take for returning or 
exchanging your purchase within 30 days if you
are not 100% satisfied. Please Note: We will only offer our
Return & Exchange Policy on items in their original condition
with all tags intact. We will not accept items that have been
washed or show signs of wear. 


**Printable Order Form - If you are having problems printing
the order form within the margins of your print paper you may
have to reset the margins in your browser. To do so just follow
these simple instructions. Typically the following instructions
will work for most browsers.

1. First click on File located to the top left of your browser.
2. Next click on Page Setup.
3. Zero out or remove information in the Header and Footer.
4. Change the Top and Bottom Margins to 0.46".
5. Change the Right and Left Margins to 0.3" then click "OK".

This should allow you to print the Order Form on Page1 and
the Shipping & Handling Tables on Page2 using standard
(8-1/2" x 11") paper.
